brand restyling for real estate
Finques Gil is a family business with more than 50 years, dedicated to the Administration of communities of owners and management of real estate assets. For the development of the brand restyling, very specific criteria of different generations of the property were taken into account, which delimited the different routes proposed to finally choose a conservative one.
The restyling of the chosen branding is a clear evolution of the branding from which we started (Finques Gil had already had 3 previous branding evolutions). We carried out a brand simplification, synthesizing all the graphic load and generating a typographic composition by means of 2 families in different bodies and styles. The chosen fonts are sober and the character is highlighted in the GIL name by means of an extra bold font, which gives it strength. This modernizes the brand and gives it a more timeless positioning.
The corporate color has been slightly retouched and has been softened using a gradient. And to the slogan that it already had, a second phrase has been added “Al teu costat” (Next to you). These actions have brought the brand closer to the target. A target that mainly delegates the management of their real estate assets for trust and proximity.
